Spaceora Home delivers premium home organization products across the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days across the UAE. Remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen during sales periods, public holidays or bad weather.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free delivery applies to orders above AED 150. The final amount is always shown before you pay.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number or delivery details where available. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Delivery Attempts and Address Errors
- Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. Our courier will call you before delivery.
- If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and extra delivery charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
